Sharing What Works From Far and Wide: New Media Technology

This presentation describes the use of new media technology--including webcasting, Twitter, Facebook, Scribd, and blogging--to extend the reach of knowledge shared at regional conferences in Bangladesh and South Africa for maternal health and newborn health in 2012 and 2013. Included are results of a study to examine knowledge use and sharing behavior of conference participants.
